-All provided materials must be owned by or licensed to the client

-Materials must comply with applicable laws and regulations

3.2 Cooperation

-Clients must provide timely feedback and approvals

-Access to necessary accounts and platforms must be granted when required

-Clients must designate a primary point of contact

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Fees

-Service fees will be outlined in project proposals or service agreements

-Additional services may incur additional charges

-Rush fees may apply for expedited work

4.2 Payment Schedule

-We retain rights to our proprietary tools, methods, and systems

-Custom code and designs become client property upon full payment

-We retain the right to use non-confidential work in our portfolio

6. Confidentiality

-Both parties agree to protect confidential information

-Confidential information will not be shared with third parties

-This obligation continues after service completion

7. Website and SEO Services

7.1 Performance

-We do not guarantee specific search rankings or performance metrics

-SEO results depend on various external factors

-Website performance may vary based on hosting and maintenance

7.2 Maintenance

-Ongoing maintenance requires separate agreement

-Clients are responsible for maintaining website after project completion

-Security updates and backups are client responsibility unless contracted

8. Google Ads and Analytics

8.1 Campaign Management

-We will optimize campaigns based on best practices

-Ad performance depends on various external factors

-Budget management follows agreed-upon parameters

8.2 Reporting

-Regular reports will be provided as specified in service agreements

-Custom tracking implementation requires client cooperation

-Data accuracy depends on proper tracking setup

9. Limitation of Liability

-We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

-Total liability is limited to fees paid for services

-Force majeure events may affect service delivery

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by Client

-Notice period required as specified in service agreement

-Payment required for work completed

-Early termination fees may apply

10.2 Termination by Company

-We may terminate for breach of terms

-We may terminate if services become illegal or impractical

-Notice will be provided when possible

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Florida law. Any disputes will be resolved in Broward County, FL courts.
